45 ÆäÀÌÁö - ... Manufacturing, Mechanical, and Mercantile Establishments. SECTION 1. Every person or corporation employing females in any manufacturing, mechanical, or mercantile establishment in this commonwealth, shall provide suitable seats for the use of the females so employed, and shall permit the use of such seats by them when they are not necessarily engaged in the active duties for which they are employed.

In doubtful cases such physical fitness shall be determined by a medical officer of the board or department of health.
10 ÆäÀÌÁö - A poor and indigent patient discharged by the superintendent, because he is an idiot, or a dotard not insane, or an epileptic, not insane, or because he is not a proper case for treatment within the meaning of this chapter, shall be received and cared for by the superintendent of the poor or other authority having similar powers, in the county from which he was committed.
84 ÆäÀÌÁö - That no child under the age of fourteen years shall be employed, permitted or suffered to work at any gainful occupation in any theatre, concert hall or place of amusement where intoxicating liquors are sold or in any mercantile institution, store, office, hotel, laundry, manufacturing establishment, bowling alley, passenger or freight elevator, factory or workshop or as a messenger or driver therefor, within this state.
42 ÆäÀÌÁö - It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to employ any child under fourteen years of age in any business or service whatever, during any part of the term during which the public schools of the district in which the child resides are in session.
33 ÆäÀÌÁö - The powers of the court may be exercised (1) Upon the petition of any citizen resident of the county, setting forth that a child is neglected, dependent or delinquent and is in need of the care and protection of the court.
83 ÆäÀÌÁö - LAWS, 1919. 279 lated or quarantined under the provisions of section2, shall be isolated and treated at public expense until cured, or, in lieu of such isolation any of such persons may, in the discretion of the board of health, be required to report for treatment to a licensed physician, or submit to treatment provided at public expense as provided in section 2.
