Report: Re Walter Chwalek, 308 West Eighth Street, Oswego, N. Y.

I have been observing this patient for over a year and a half to determine definitely the outcome of his accident so far as vision is concerned.

The pathology of the case was a corneal scar of the left eye which gave the patient a blurring of vision in the early stages of the treatment, as the scar covered The scar of the cornea has nearly absorbed, and a part of the pupillary area. apparently does not affect the use of the eye in any way, except that the patient I feel that there will have to wear correcting lenses permanently. The correction, by means of glasses, has given the patient a vision in the left eye of 20/20-1. will be no further improvement.
