THE object of the Editors being to give " full and complete information on every fubject of great national. concern," it will be perceived that the principal part of the contents of No. 1. has been anticipated by the newspapers. It is the intention of the Editors, in the numbers hereafter to be published, to devote a part to the reports of committees, and the debates, as faft as they come to hand, referving the other part for the documents accompanying the meffage, till they fhall be completed.The reader may have an idea of the quantity of matter which the REPORTER will contain, from this fample; and it is prefumed the publication will in no wife disappoint the expectations of its numerous patrons.
