ORDER. Mr. William T. Otto having resigned the office of Reporter of the Decisions of this Court, Mr. J. C. Bancroft Davis is appointed in his place. Mr. Davis is charged with the duty of orting the decisions of the esent term from the beginning, and those of the last term not included in the volumes already published by Mr. Otto.
OATH. I, J. C. Bancroft Davis, do solemnly swear that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties of the office of Reporter of the Supreme Court of the United States according to the best of my abilities and understanding, and that I will support the Constitution of the United States.
