570 ÆäÀÌÁö - Anything which is injurious to health, or is indecent, or offensive to the senses, or an obstruction to the free use of property, so as to interfere with the comfortable enjoyment of life or property...
248 ÆäÀÌÁö - In case of the impeachment of the Governor, or his removal from office, death, inability to discharge the powers and duties of the said office, resignation, or absence from the State, the powers and duties of the office shall devolve upon the Lieutenant Governor for the residue of the term, or until the disability shall cease.
554 ÆäÀÌÁö - The verdict of a jury is either general or special. A general verdict Is that by which they pronounce generally upon all or any of the issues, either in favor of the plaintiff or defendant: a special verdict is that by which the jury find the facts only, leaving the judgment to the court.
548 ÆäÀÌÁö - Judgment may be given for or against one or more of several plaintiffs, and for or against one or more of several defendants; and it may, when the justice of the case requires it, determine the ultimate rights of the parties on each side, as between themselves.
535 ÆäÀÌÁö - Before issuing the warrant, the judge shall require a written undertaking on the part of the plaintiff, with sufficient surety, to the effect that if the defendant; recover judgment, the plaintiff will pay all costs that may be awarded to the defendant, and all damages which he may sustain, by reason of the attachment, not exceeding the sum specified in the undertaking, which shall be at least two hundred and fifty dollars.

821 ÆäÀÌÁö - An action for relief on the ground of fraud, the cause of action in such case not to be deemed to have accrued until the discovery, by the aggrieved party, of the facts constituting the fraud.
