OTICE is hereby given, that HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR GENERAL IN COUNCIL has been pleased to approve of the following Regulations for the Inland Navigation of this Province, and for carrying of Goods Coastwise and for other purposes, under the authority of the Act passed in the 10th & 11th years of the Reign of Her Majesty, Queen Victoria, intituled An Act for repealing and consoli dating the present Duties of Customs of this Province, and for other purposes therein mentioned, and of an Act for amending the same.

Section 1.

any part thereof without entry or clearance, provided always the owners of such Vessels obtain a License for the season for that purpose from the Collector at the nearest Port of Entry at which they reside, conditioned that such Vessels shall not be employed in the foreign trade or in the transport of other than the above described Goods.

Section 5.
