CHAP. 609.-An Act For the relief of Henry Lane.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Granted honorable States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to revoke and set aside the special orders of the War Department, dated March thirtieth, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, dismissing from the service, for absence without leave, Henry Lane, late first lieutenant Company F, Thirtieth Regiment New Jersey Volunteers, to date March first, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, because he was then, and for weeks before had been, on duty in the field, and to grant him an honorable discharge as of date April seventh, eighteen hundred and sixty-three. CHAP. 610.-An Act Granting a pension to Margaret Baker, formerly Maggie Ralston.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Margaret Baker, formerly Maggie Ralston, late nurse, Medical Department, United States Volunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.

laws, the name of Reuben Wellman, late of Company G, One hundred and sixtieth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mariah J. Anderson, widow of John D. Anderson, late of Captain Thomas J. Fripp's company, South Carolina Volunteers, Florida Indian war, and pay her a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, April 28, 1902.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Frances T. Anderson, widow of Robert H. Anderson, late captain, Ninth Regiment United States Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-five dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving, and two dollars per month additional on account of each of the minor children of the said Robert H. Anderson until they reach the age of sixteen years.

Greene, widow of Francis E. Greene, late lieutenant-commander, United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month, and two dollars per month additional on account of each of the minor children of said Francis E. Greene until they reach the age of sixteen years.
