Proclamation by Constable for Rioters to disperse.

Our Sovereign Lord the King charges and commands all persons here assembled, immediately to disperse themselves, and peaceably depart to their several habitations on pain of imprisonment.

Obligation to be taken by a Constable for the Peace, under the Hand and Seal of the Party.

Know all men by these presents, that I, A. B. of yeoman, am held and firmly bound to C. D. of yeoman, constable of the parish of, in the sum of £- to be paid to the said C. D. or his certain attorney, executors, administrators, or assigns, for which payment to be well and faithfully made I bind myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators firmly by these presents. D. did make a violent assault, and then and there beat, wounded, and ill-treated him the said C.
