House enrolled act number one hundred seventy-three of the public acts of the legislature of nineteen hundred five, entitled "An act to authorize the formation of women's clubs," approved April nineteen, nineteen hundred five, is hereby amended by adding thereto an additional section to stand as section six and to read as follows: SEC. 6. Any women's club already incorporated under the laws of this State for any of the purposes authorized by this act may be reincorporated under the provisions of this act by a resolution to that effect, duly adopted by a majority vote of all the active members at any regular meeting of the club or at a special meeting called for that purpose. A certificate of such action, duly verified under oath by the president and secretary of such club, shall be filed in the office of the Secretary of State, and thereupon such club shall be deemed to be reincorporated under this act and shall be subject to all its provisions.
