You fhall indifferently, and without refpect of Perfons, or unneceffary delay, feek to bring to an End, as to Juftice apper<taineth. In the Execution of your • Office or Place, you shall spare or forbear no Man for favour or love, or grieve or vex any Man for Malice or Hate. Extortion or Wrong under colour of your Place fhall you not do,

The Warden, and Warden's Deputies

You shall Swear, That you shall well and truly overfee this Guild, Fraternity, or Brotherhood, whereof you be chofen one of the Wardens for the Time now to come, and all the good Orders, Conftitutions, and Ordinances of the fame Guild, from Time to Time, as they be in force, fhall you keep and cause to be kept, according to the Intent and true

Mean

Meaning of the fame Orders, Conftitutions, and Ordinances, and every of them; and all the Defaults and Offences that you shall find in the fame Guild to be made, done, or committed, ye shall well and truly prefent or caufe to be prefented, at the next Court to be bolden for the faid Guild, Sparing therein no Man for favour or love, or vexing any Perfon for malice or hate. Ye shall not feek either fuddenly or unneceffarily, to withdraw or exempt your felf from the Execution of your Office or Place, before the Time appointed you, be expired and ended. Extortion or Wrong under colour of your Office, ye shall not do, or procure to be done, neither to any Thing that shall be against the King's Majefty's Peace, bis Crown and Dignity, or the Weal and Profit of this Guild, fhall you yield your Confent, but lett and hinder the fame what you may. And for the Time that ye shall be in your Office or Place of Warden, in all things that shall be belonging unto the fame Guild, after the Orders and Customs thereof, well and lawfully you shall behave your felf.
