PARTIAL LIST OF RULES AND REGULATIONS: Books kept over two weeks, a fine of five cents a day for each day thereafter will be exacted, and must be paid before another is drawn. Persons not having finished reading a book at the expiration of two weeks, can retain the same by re-registering according to regulations. 5. Books damaged in any way must be paid for to amount of damage, or price of book, before another can be drawn. 6. Books lost must be paid for before another can be drawn. 7. Any one lending the books to another outside their own immediate family, forfeits their yearly subscription and right to draw.
