This publication contains the amended international Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea, 1948, which are to be followed by all public and private vessels and seaplanes of the United States while navigating upon the high seas and the rules to prevent collisions to be followed by all vessels while navigating upon certain inland waters of the United States after January 2, 1957.
