The Right to Privacy: Rights and Liberty under the Law is a loosley linked collection of privacy case law. The chronology and annotated bibliography were more informative than the text, which was written in a style not appropriate to the reader.

The author does not seem to know his audience, for example he defines the term common law on page 11. Anyone who sets out to read a privacy text likely knows the difference between torte law and common law. ( )
