TITLE II-OTHER PROVISIONS RELATING TO RADIOACTIVE WASTE Subtitle A-Use of Certain Material for Nuclear Explosive Purposes (1) The term "Administrator" means the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency. (2) The term "Commission" means the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. (3) The term "disposal" means isolation from the biosphere with no foreseeable intent of recovery. (4) The term "Fund" means the Nuclear Waste Trust Fund established in section 124. (5) The term "Governor" means the chief exeçu tive officer of a State. |
